Role - Responsible for Regions O&M operations for Distributed solar. Key Responsibilities - Plant Performances& monitoring Performance review of all Distributed Solar Plant in region Coordination with vendor at site to resolve site issues SCADA related issue & suggestion for its modification Resources / facilities arrangement at site Site expense verification approvals & Follow up with account for advance release PR approvals for local contractors for module cleaning, vehicle arrangements & follow-up with Procurement Arrangement of spare part at different site, approval of PR & follow-up with procurement Arrangement at site for warranty management (Modules packaging, equipment spare part-warranty etc.) Vendor identification for AMC of equipment Site security & local issues Meeting with security officer and interdepartmental follow-up for all security issue (Payment issues) OE & Sustainability IMS & EHS Audits internal as well as external & visits at site Meeting with safety department to arrange safety trainings at site Responsible for organizational health and safety at plant level. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Follow up of quality related issue with OE and engineering department Upcoming Plant of O&M Recruitment of engineer, technicians and helpers for upcoming site & for replacement Meeting with construction for closure of punch points Handover of plant (documents, material and waste modules) Closure & follow-op of Punch points which was left at site by construction team Customer relations Response to customer complaints & queries telephonically& by mails Monthly meeting with client at their location Decision making Preparation for CIEG inspection Approval for liaison with govt. authorities AMC with vendors for testing & calibration of equipment & instruments at site Support/response to different departments Discussion of reports modification with analytical team Providing site inputs to analytics department Responses to design concern (watch tower locations in plant Costing & budgeting Budget preparation & Control
