Job Description:- Team Leadership and Management: ● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Managers and Senior Managers to drive sales and marketing activities. ● Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and support to drive individual and team success. ● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development. ● Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. ● Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives. Sales and Marketing Strategy: ● Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive brand partnerships and alliances in NoBrokerHood communities/societies. ● Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. ● Identify and explore revenue generation opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant brands. ● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and target audiences. ● Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging marketing channels to recommend innovative marketing strategies. Brand Partnerships and Alliances: ● Identify potential brand partners and develop relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances. ● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and brand guidelines. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Product, Sales, and Operations teams, to deliver on partnership commitments and drive customer satisfaction. ● Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Sales Performance and Revenue Generation: ● Drive sales efforts, including lead generation, lead conversion, and revenue generation. ● Analyze sales data, track performance against targets, and implement corrective measures to achieve sales objectives. ● Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies, implement sales processes, and ensure high conversion rates. ● Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting and Analysis: ● Generate regular reports on sales and marketing activities, brand partnership performance, and revenue generation. ● Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness. ● Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Desired Candidate Profile ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. ● Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in team handling, advertising or marketing, ATL or BTL activities, and revenue generation. ● Proven track record in sales and exceptional sales skills. ● Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving high-performance teams. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. ● Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. ● Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and marketing management. ● Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
