The Regional Manager - Brand Partnership & Alliances position based in Gurgaon offers a competitive CTC of up to 14-16LPA along with additional benefits. The job entails leading sales efforts in media and advertisement sectors, requiring a strong background in advertisement/media sales and team management skills. The primary focus is on revenue generation, sales drive, and fostering partnerships with a 5-day work week schedule. The key responsibilities include driving business development through sales for various society-level products/services. Conducting effective service presentations to potential partners, highlighting unique selling points, and understanding partner expectations are vital aspects of the role. Generating new leads, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads through outbound sales methods are core responsibilities. Prospecting, qualifying leads, and researching potential opportunities from diverse sources are essential duties. Applicants must possess a minimum of 2-4 years of field sales experience, meeting targets consistently. Strong communication, interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, and logical skills are mandatory. Proficiency in English and the regional language of the job location is required. The role entails working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with Mondays off. Effective presentation, negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential.
