Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Kerala. Provide strong leadership and direction to the Kerala team, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer service. - Sales Business Development: Drive sales across B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G segments, leveraging existing networks and developing new opportunities. Identify and cultivate key partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. - Team Management Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. - Market Expansion Brand Building: Establish and enhance Decision Tree Solutions Private Limited brand presence in Kerala. Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to reach target audiences. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Qualifications Experience: - 10+ years of progressive experience in the EdTech domain, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development. - Extensive experience in managing and growing business operations in the Kerala market. - Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G sales strategies and execution. - Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong network of contacts within the Kerala education and corporate sectors. - Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Strong understanding of IT upskilling market.
