Job Description

Role Overview: As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales leads to drive revenue for the company. Your role will also involve developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy, while providing strong management and coaching support to enhance the sales team's learning and development. Key Responsibilities: - Support the learning and development of the sales team - Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet prospective leads - Track and report all sales activities - Develop and execute the sales strategy through market analysis - Monitor closely the achievement of targets, including monthly targets and target achievement by team lead and their respective team - Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns - Communicate product schemes and offers to the team and ensure implementation - Manage the P&L of the Branch Level to build a prospective client database - Interact with large customers for product feedback - Lead a 2-tier team of PagarBook sales Team leads, sales associates, and Telesales on the field - Pitch about PagarBook desktop solution to customers - Explain the benefits of PagarBook desktop solution to customers, emphasizing better and easier accessibility, also available on mobile web - Assist sales associates in converting customers into paid customers - Achieve a sales target in INR per month revenue for the Branch - Provide incentives based on slabs of target achieved by the team - Responsible for hiring, replacement, training, and learning for all associates and leads in the city Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Strong management and coaching skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities - Knowledge of P&L management and client relationship management (Any additional details of the company omitted from the provided job description),
