Job description- Recruitment, Hiring and managing employees Handling recruitment through references, existing database etc. Conducting interviews to assess the skills and abilities of the candidates and getting the technical assessment done from the technical panel. Handling the salary negotiations. 2. Induction and Orientation Conducting Induction and Orientation for the new joinees on site enlightening them on company rules and policies, disciplinary regulations, pay scale and pay days, leave policies etc. Introducing them to the supervisors, co-workers, subordinates etc. Explaining the job objectives, job safety requirements, and the job responsibilities of the new joinee. 3. Handling payroll & benefits administration Collecting daily, weekly and monthly timesheets, ensuring that the biometric attendance system is followed on a daily basis and oversee the site administration. 4. Resolving employee disputes and grievances Addressing employee complaints, concerns, or disputes aiming to reach resolutions that are fair and satisfactory to all parties involved. Fostering positive work environment conducive to maximum employee productivity and safety. 5. Training & Development Organizing various training programs to improve the employee performance and enhance employee satisfaction and retention. 6. Employee Engagement Help employees understand how their work contributes to the overall mission and purpose of the organization. Plan fun and interesting events, picnics that foster social cohesion. Uphold core company values through actions. Create a positive and inclusive culture where employees feel connected. 7. Statutory Compliances Handling statutory compliances guiding employees on ethical behavior, legal requirements, and industry standards. Ensure that business operations align with relevant laws and internal rules. 8. HR Audit Conduct periodic HR Audits to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR functions on site.
