As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Regional Manager to lead a team, drive partnerships and ensure the seamless implementation of our educational solutions. Role Overview As a Regional Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing a team of School Coordinators , strengthening relationships with partner schools, and ensuring the successful execution and adoption of our life skills training programs. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach, optimizing program impact and driving engagement with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and support School Coordinators to ensure effective program execution. School Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and educators. Program Implementation: Oversee the onboarding and integration of our life skills development programs in schools. Performance Monitoring: Track engagement, gather feedback and implement improvements for higher adoption. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for school staff to ensure successful program delivery. Sales & Growth: Identify and onboard new schools, expanding our presence across the region. Requirements 5+ years of experience in education management, EdTech or school partnerships. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in program implementation and stakeholder engagement in schools. Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
