Regional Commercial Manager

1.'Monthly closing of books of accounts efficiently and accurately.
2.Ensure timely monthly vendor reconciliations, and closure of open issues. 3.Finalize and submit Monthly MIS by the 1st of every month for the previous month’s financials. 4.Update statutory audit schedules every month and support audit readiness. 5.Ensure Capex booking is completed on time, with bills and advances correctly adjusted. 6.Achieve zero non-compliance in bank and credit card reconciliations with daily frequency; resolve discrepancies promptly. 7.Conduct periodic creditors review, adjusting all advances and clearing bills as per policy. 8.Manage timely processing of expense payments and salary payments as per the agreed schedule. 9.Prepare and issue PI & Export Invoices for export transactions as appropriate. 10.Maintain 100% compliance with statutory dues—GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC; ensure no defaults in payments or return filings. 11.Prepare and file the GST Annual Return as per statutory deadlines. 12.Coordinate and prepare accurate data for tax audits and income tax return filings.Requirements1. Masters in Commerce with strong hold on Finance & Accounts 2. 4 plus years of work experience required. 3.
