TECHNICAL SKILLS Developing and implementing sales strategies Building and maintaining relationships Leading and managing a sales team Good trainer and coach with excellent knowledge Have good communication skills. Always able to handle the query objections of dr. Good team builder and have presentation skills. Good analyzer and have ability to handle the live situations. Good knowledge of respective area and core doctors SOFT SKILLS Forecast achievement of objectives. Volume sales: region, area, territory Key focused product sales: region, area, territory Ensure growth as per objective of the division. Achieve optimum market share/ leadership. Enhance productivity. Ensure successful launch of new product. Product promotion Programme implementation Core customer coverage by all medical representative and area manager Utilization of inputs suggest appropriate reduction or addition of specific product samples or inputs. New product launch success Successful conduction of group events Implementation of promotional strategies and inputs RESPONSIBILITIES Develop monthly customer sales targets and annual promotional plans for existing accounts. Share information with others in Janssen about accounts in a fit-for-purpose format Development of strategic partnerships with regional pharmacy Key account s goal partner of choice Be responsible for the Sales targets and forecasting process using various tools. Administrate the Sales Commissions Plan for Account Directors and Portfolio Executives Perform Sales Support function (participation in internal deal approval process)
