Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Implement the regional sales strategies to achieve corporate business goals. Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence of the companys products. Focus on converting key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote company products. Address low ROI areas and work with the team to improve performance. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Area Business Managers (ABMs / ASMs) and Medical Representatives (BE / MRs). Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high productivity. Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to assess, monitor and improve performance. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Preferred candidate profile 1. Should have worked in Cardio Diabetes segment for atleast 2 years as a RBM. 2. Should have handled atleast 30 lakhs per month sales volume. 3. Should have handled a team size of atleast 12 MRs and 3 ABMs. 4. Age below 40 The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs), and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets within the assigned region. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, team leadership, and relationship management with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors.
