Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Regional Advocacy Manager, focusing on Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities include developing and managing partnerships with schools, government bodies, and NGOs to promote sports programs, acting as a brand ambassador for Sportz Village, driving advocacy efforts, and executing public engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advocacy, public relations, and stakeholder management skills to build and sustain relationships with schools, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Strategic planning and program management experience to oversee the smooth implementation of initiatives and ensure program objectives are met.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to represent the organization effectively in diverse environments.
• Proficiency in reporting, evaluating program impact, and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu's education and policy landscape is highly desirable.
• Passionate about sports, child development, and education, with a commitment to creating a positive impact in the community.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, Public Relations, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu to engage with stakeholders and support program implementation.
