Training deliveries: Training programs for staff and faculty, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the franchise centers. Technical Staff Support and Allocation: Provide robust support and allocate skilled technical staff to franchisee centers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and effective technical assistance. Faculty Evaluation and Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of faculty performance and identify training needs, implementing targeted development initiatives to elevate teaching quality and effectiveness. Portfolio and Student Development: Development of portfolios, focusing on enriching student learning experiences and fostering overall student development. Team Management and Conflict Resolution: Efficiently manage team dynamics, address issues proactively, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure smooth operation of academic functions. Channel Partner Engagement: Maintain active and constructive interactions with channel partners, playing a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships and collaboration. Research and Development of New Initiatives: Engage in research to identify and develop new initiatives that can enhance the academic offerings and keep the curriculum at the forefront of educational trends. Seminars and Workshops Coordination: Organize and conduct seminars and workshops, providing both technical and sales support.
