Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and devise strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction and analyzing market trends to expand business offerings. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 1. Sales & Business Development Identify new business opportunities in SME, Corporate, ISP, System Integrator, and Channel Partner segments. Promote and sell internet connectivity solutions (FTTH, Wireless, Leased Line, etc.) and related hardware products (Mimosa, MikroTik, Grandstream, FiberGate, etc.). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client & Channel Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and end-customers. Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions (with support from pre-sales team if needed). Handle pre-sales queries, quotations, negotiations, and closure of deals. 3. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose effective sales strategies. Work with marketing team for product promotions, campaigns, and lead generation. 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with technical and support teams for project deployment and after-sales assistance. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 0-5 years in sales industry Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred
