Role & responsibilities Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc. Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc. Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs Build talent pipeline & talent mapping Client relationship Building rapport with both the clients & candidates Offer negotiations & Background checks if required
