Assistant Talent Coordinator About the role: 💻 Job Type: Full-time 📍 Location: Work from home 🖥 Experience Required: Internship experience in Recruitment ⌛ Hiring Timeline: Immediate Role Overview: The Assistant Talent Coordinator – USA provides operational and administrative support throughout the U.S. school placement lifecycle. This role ensures efficient execution of tasks related to job postings, candidate communications, scheduling, and documentation. Working closely with the Talent Coordinator – USA, the assistant plays a key role in enhancing the overall experience for international teaching candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Job Posting & Applicant Management Assist in posting job openings on the Suraasa portal. Monitor applications and confirm email communications (e.g., equalisation emails) are sent. Follow up with candidates to ensure their Suraasa profiles are updated. Candidate Shortlisting Support Help organize and review applicant information for shortlisting. Compile and format candidate profiles for review by the Talent Coordinator and Partnerships Manager – USA. Interview Coordination Coordinate availability between candidates and the Academic Team. Prepare and send interview calendar invites including relevant documents and links. Track interview schedules and send reminders to all parties involved. Candidate Communication & Preparation Draft and send preparation emails with: School/job details Interview expectations Salary and benefit summaries Resource links and instructions for Suraasa portal updates Schedule preparation meetings with the USA Representative (e.g., Bernie/Mindy). Interview & Follow-Up Support Provide logistical and real-time support during interviews. Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes and feedback. Post-Selection Support Assist in updating candidate records upon selection. Support documentation processes for offer discussions and visa initiation. Help coordinate follow-up communication with candidates.
