Warm Greetings!!! Sonali Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team @ Coimbatore - Kinathukadavu location. About Sonali Group Established in 1996, our organization has a dominant presence in the Non-Ferrous metal industry, known for excellence and innovation. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, we specialize in producing high-quality Aluminum Extruded Profiles, Enameled Copper and Aluminum Wires, Ingots, PVC Wires and Cables, and Submersible Winding Wires. Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of skilled and unskilled talent in manufacturing and plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and technical support roles. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing job functions, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: · Partner with Head HR and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. · Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering functions. · Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, vendors, job fairs, and campus hiring. · Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment. · Coordinate interviews with plant managers, technical heads, and HR business partners. · Negotiate salary, communicate offers, and manage onboarding in collaboration with the HR operations team. · Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles (e.g., operators, supervisors, engineers). · Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards; report hiring status to stakeholders regularly. · Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring policies, especially in blue-collar hiring. · Collaborate with training and development for skill mapping and internal promotions. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). · 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing/plant-based hiring. · Should have experience in hiring Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, Operations and all respective hires relevant to manufacturing industries. · Familiarity with blue-collar and shop floor recruitment strategies. · Knowledge of labor laws, contract staffing, and factory compliance is a strong plus. · Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. · Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel reporting. · Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
