Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (screening, shortlisting, scheduling, follow-ups).

Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, Referrals

Write and post job descriptions on job portals and hiring platforms.

2. Candidate Management

Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and salary expectations.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.

3. Client / Manager Coordination

Understand hiring requirements from managers and update them with progress.

Share shortlisted profiles on time and ensure timely feedback.

Maintain strong professional communication with stakeholders.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports (EOD reports).

Track candidate pipeline, offer status, and joining updates.

Ensure proper documentation for background verification (BGV).
