Required Qualifications- • Bachelor's /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Proficiency in using recruitment tools Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment Experience with employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives High level of confidentiality and discretion Experience managing diversity and inclusion initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Tasks & Activities --- 1. End-to-End Recruitment: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding including (but not limited to) sourcing, screening, briefing, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiations, offer generation and onboarding. • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates through interviews. 2. Sourcing Strategies: • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Market Research & Mapping: • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively. • Create Market Intelligence to identify the pool and talent pipeline in the market. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future client needs. 4. Daily Reports & Tracker: • Ensuring that the right no. of screened profiles is shared with the client within the specified timeframe. • Ensuring that there are no misses in daily follow-ups
