Job Description:- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of positions, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent in a timely and efficient manner. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various open roles, leveraging your knowledge of innovative recruiting strategies to find the best talent. You will maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates and be proactive in sourcing talent through a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs for each role and develop a strategy to meet recruitment goals. Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Use a combination of job boards, social media, and other platforms to find qualified candidates, including passive talent, for current and future hiring needs. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates, and ensure strong relationships with qualified active and passive talent for quick access when new positions open. Job Postings & Announcements: Write and release compelling job descriptions and job postings across relevant platforms (ATS, careersite, social media, job boards). Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. Assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. Coordinate Interview Process: Guide candidates through each step of the interview process, preparing them for interviews and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Relationship Management: Develop a rapport with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process. ATS Management: Stay up to date with candidate tracking on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure all candidate interactions are recorded accurately and in real-time. Offer Negotiation: Work with candidates and hiring managers to finalize offers and ensure successful candidate acceptance. Continuous Improvement: Partner with senior managers and the recruiting team to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies and processes to improve hiring effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution (or equivalent). Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards. Ability to source and engage candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, networks, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
