Reports To:HR Manager. Location:E-53 Sector 3 Noida. Job Summary. The HR Recruiter Specialist will lead efforts to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for [Company Name]. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and building long-term relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders within the organization. Key Responsibilities. Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with the company's values, goals, and skill requirements. Full-Cycle Recruiting:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers. Candidate Sourcing:Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals) to attract highly qualified candidates. Employer Branding:Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives through online platforms and job fairs. Collaboration with Departments:Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, align job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Metrics & Reporting:Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to improve processes and optimize effectiveness. Compliance:Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles throughout recruitment activities. Candidate Relationship Management:Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably 2+ years). Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with labor laws and DE&I practices. Preferred Skills. Certification in Human Resources. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing. Knowledge of financial industry-specific hiring practices
