Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting is essential to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and headhunting strategies. Execute social media recruitment campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to engage passive talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Maintain and analyze recruitment data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to optimize hiring processes. Build talent pipelines and foster relationships with potential candidates for future roles. Key Skills: Proven expertise in headhunting and sourcing high-quality candidates. Strong social media recruitment experience with a track record of attracting talent. Advanced Excel skills for recruitment analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1 to 7 years of recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and headhunting.
