Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Daily tasks also involve developing recruitment strategies, providing support during onboarding and training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
