Roles and Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure top talent selection. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management. Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
