Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment processes. Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and retention strategies. Employee Management: Handling onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Talent & Succession: Supporting talent management and succession planning. HR Metrics: Monitoring and enhancing recruitment efficiency through HR metrics analysis. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment & HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to implement and manage HR processes effectively.
