Job Description

We are hiring for Interns work mode: Full time Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 pm Job Title: Recruitment Intern Location: Infantry road, Shivaji nagar, Bangalore Duration: 3 Months to 6 Months Note: During the Internship Based on his /her performance the role will be made permanent. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and identifying potential candidates for various job openings. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Help with reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Assist the recruitment team in coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation. Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team. Qualifications: Current student or recent graduates Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or HR. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Interested candidate can share the resume to martha.z@firstmeridian.com
