Job Description

Team Pakka is looking for a Recruitment Lead who will playa crucial role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for identifying,attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs ofthe organization. He/she will work closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and effective recruitment process. The primary objective is to build a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the companys goals and values. The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be: 1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a pool of high-quality candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. Guide the recruitment process, market trends, and industry best practices. 3. Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 4. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Implement strategies to engage passive candidates and build relationships within the industry. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to share with relevant stakeholders Requirements Bachelors or Master\u2019s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus. Excellent written & spoken business language Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access Teamwork, High Integrity Should be open to managing technology, content creation, and delivery
