This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We're looking for a hands-on, driven individual to work closely with leadership in building a high-performing team and cultivating an environment where people can thrive. This is a high-ownership role involving approximately 70% focus on recruitment and 30% on HR operations. You will have full responsibility for the problem statements you take on and will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's talent landscape. Requirements Roles & Responsibilities: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles and functions. Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate, engaging job descriptions. Monitor and analyze recruitment data to drive process improvements, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hire. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs. Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR to attract the right talent. Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices. Qualifications & Expectations: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter capacity. Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience hiring across diverse functions and seniority levels. Willingness to work 50-60 hours per week, 6 days a week. This is a hands-on execution role; strategic thinking is welcome, but not a substitute for doing the work on the ground.
