RECRUITMENT LEAD Executive / Senior Executive We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. KEY RELATED AREAS • Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including Hiring Experience Platform (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events. • Conduct research to identify potential talent and build a diverse candidate pipeline. • Collaborate with hiring managers to have deeper understanding of the role requirement • Post job openings on company career pages, job boards and social media platforms, ensuring optimum visibility. • Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements. • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews of candidates with respective stakeholders ensuring a seamless process. • Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and resolve candidate Queries • Effectively negotiate the best offer to the candidates by striking proper balance between organizations budget and candidates’ expectation • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions. • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and organized as per agreed timelines • Maintain accurate and real-time records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and interview feedback. • Timely submission reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, etc • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other designations. Stay updated on recruitment best practices, employment trends, and competitive hiring tactics to enhance talent acquisition strategies. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED • Good Communication Skills • Advanced knowledge of multiple sourcing channels and methodologies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals), database management, and internet search techniques. • Knowledge of technical roles and requirements is preferred, enabling a deeper understanding of the positions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. • Strong understanding of recruitment in Engineering, Non-Technical and Blue Collar, including the ability to assess technical and functional skills. DESIRED CANDIDATE Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Location - Chennai Salary - As per the Market (based on experience)
