ERM Kolkata requires Recruitment Specialists to handle end to end recruitment process for major MNC clients spread across various verticals such as IT, Manufacturing and Heavy Engineering, Agri-Chemicals, Publications and Retail. Job Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates Foster long-term relationships with candidates Review and understand technical job requirement requirements Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met Research new technologies Follow up with candidates Manage clients.
