Job Title: Intern - Recruitment & Sourcing Timings - 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Job Summary: The incumbent would be responsible for proactively identifying and attracting top talent through various online platforms, primarily job portals and social media channels. This role focuses on building a robust candidate pipeline by utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, crafting engaging mass mail campaigns, and leveraging LinkedIn and other professional networks. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently. Job Description: > Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates. Employ advanced search techniques (Boolean search, keywords, filters) to locate qualified professionals. Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications. > Mass Mail Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted mass email campaigns to attract potential candidates. Craft compelling and personalized email templates that resonate with different candidate profiles. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies. manage email campaign lists, and ensure compliance with all data privacy requirements. > LinkedIn and Social Media: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media tools to identify and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn. Promote employer branding through social media engagement. Participate in online professional groups and forums to identify potential talent. > Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports on sourcing metrics. Maintain up to date knowledge of new sourcing trends and technologies. > Desired Candidates: Preferably a fresher willing to grow in the field of Recruitments and / or Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
