we are hiring Experienced Manpower Supervisor and Recruitment Executive in having Experience in any Manufacturing company for Location Barotiwala, Himachal Pradesh. Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the daily operations of recruitment Coordinate with clients to understand their manpower needs and requirements. Source, interview, and evaluate potential candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Organize and facilitate orientation and training sessions for newly hired staff. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, guidance, and support as needed to ensure productivity. Conduct regular site visits to client locations to assess workforce effectiveness and address any staffing issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance data, and client feedback. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and improve processes. Act as a point of contact for employees to address their queries and concerns regarding assignments and job-related issues. Prepare reports on staffing activities, employee performance, and other key metrics for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a related field Expirence (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR-related roles is advantageous. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing staffing needs. Working Conditions: May involve working irregular hours to meet client demands.
