Position Title: Recruitment Executive – Healthcare (Doctors & Medical Specialists)
Department: International Recruitment & Talent Solutions
Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi
Salary: Rs. 3,00,000 – 3,60,000 per annum

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Executive – Healthcare (Doctors & Medical Specialists) to manage and support international recruitment operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the placement of doctors and medical specialists with global hospitals and healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in doctor recruitment, strong coordination and organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of international compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of doctors and medical specialists for international clients.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through professional networks, databases, recruitment portals, and referrals.
  • Verify candidate credentials, medical licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and client discussions with hospitals and healthcare facilities abroad.
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates to guide them through recruitment, licensing, and placement processes.
  • Liaise with international hospitals and clients to understand staffing requirements, specialties, and role expectations.
  • Manage documentation for overseas placements, including credentialing, licensing exams, visas, and immigration processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines for ongoing doctor staffing needs.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recruitment updates for management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with international recruitment standards, company policies, and ethical practices.
  • Assist in process improvements, including recruitment workflow, candidate engagement, and documentation management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in doctor/medical professional hiring.
  • Familiarity with international medical licensing and credentialing (e.g., USMLE, GMC, DHA, MOH, Prometric) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical roles, specialties, and healthcare industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive candidate information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
