Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive located in Indore. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and communicating with potential candidates. The role includes conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to sourcing the best talent and improving the overall recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Job Description Development and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a recruitment role is preferred
