Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Delivery Head to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process. Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of talent acquisition services. Drive niche hiring, leadership hiring , and exclusive requirements for clients. Utilize job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn , and other sourcing techniques for hiring. Implement innovative hiring strategies and new initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency. Client Management & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality candidates. Conduct client meetings to discuss hiring requirements, challenges, and service improvements. Ensure client satisfaction by managing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. Work towards revenue generation by expanding business opportunities and securing new client mandates. Team Leadership & Training: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet targets and deliver quality hiring. Train new team members on best recruitment practices, job portal usage, and client handling. Foster a performance-driven culture by setting clear KPIs and goals for the team. Process Improvement & Strategy Implementation: Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery Proven ability in Client Management & Business Development Experience in Team Management & Leadership Hiring Hands-on experience with Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to manage Niche Hiring & Exclusive Requirements Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Experience in Process Improvement & Revenue Generation Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing industry.
