About the Role:

We are seeking a

dynamic and client-focused Recruitment Account Management Executive

to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves managing key client accounts, ensuring timely and quality recruitment delivery, and coordinating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of recruitment operations, and the ability to drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned client accounts, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring service excellence.
  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment delivery

    by coordinating with internal hiring teams and external suppliers or partners.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    , understanding hiring needs and aligning fulfillment strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with sourcing and recruitment teams to

    track open positions

    and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage

    supplier/vendor performance

    , ensuring quality, compliance, and timely closures.
  • Conduct

    regular review meetings

    with clients and internal stakeholders to assess progress, address challenges, and plan recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare

    reports and dashboards

    on recruitment performance, supplier metrics, and account health.
  • Identify and drive

    process improvement initiatives

    to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline;

    MBA in HR or Business Management preferred.

  • 3 5 years

    of experience in

    Recruitment Account Management, Client Servicing, or Vendor Management

    within a staffing or HR services environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    IT and Non-IT recruitment processes

    and full sourcing lifecycle.
  • Excellent

    communication, coordination, and presentation

    skills.
  • Proven ability to

    manage multiple client accounts and vendors

    simultaneously.
  • Strong

    analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation

    capabilities.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, PowerPoint

    , and

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    or recruitment tools.
