HR Recruiter. Job Summary. We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the best candidate experience. Key Responsibilities. Talent Acquisition:. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Use job boards, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals to source potential candidates. Candidate Screening and Selection:. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure skills and culture fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:. Work closely with department heads to define job requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide updates on recruitment progress and recommend hiring decisions. Process Management:. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires. Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Employer Branding:. Promote the organizations culture and values to attract high-quality candidates. Actively participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other networking events. Metrics and Reporting:. Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and challenges. Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills. Experience in recruiting for specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, or manufacturing). Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR). Proficiency in social media recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
