Recruiting Coordinator This is an in-office position (minimum three days per work week) based in Chennai, India as part of Weaver and Tidwell India, L.L.P. Position Profile Weaver seeks a Recruiting Coordinator in our Chennai office to support our US recruiting team. The role of the Recruiting Coordinator is to assist the Recruiting Team in execution of Weaver’s recruiting strategy. The Recruiting Coordinator will schedule and manage candidate interviews, create candidate communications, perform maintenance of Weaver’s ATS, along with other duties to support the recruiting function. A Weaver Recruiting Coordinator is a friendly, outgoing and organized professional with excellent communication skills. A high level of attention to detail is necessary for success in this role. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field 0-2 years of recruiting, event planning, professional scheduling, administration, or coordinator experience Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email communication, and calendar coordination, as well as strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Show more Show less
