Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Proactively source and identify candidates using different sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach. Candidate Screening and Engagement Conduct initial resume screening and pre- qualify candidates based on job requirements. Maintain strong candidate relationship through timely communication and engagement. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear job details and feedback. Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping Stay updated on hiring trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market intelligence. Conduct Market Mapping to understand talent availability, competitor hiring & Salary benchmarks. Provide insights on Industry trends, talent movements and skill gaps to support hiring strategies. Use Boolean search, X-Ray searches and AI driven sourcing tools to identify top talent. Candidate Experience Act as a first point of contact for potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Provide timely and transparent communication regarding the hiring process, timelines etc . Gather and Analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve sourcing interactions. Data Management & MIS Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database and trackers as required. Preferred candidate profile Should be MBA(HR) Well versed with Excel Good communication skills Perks and benefits As per company policy
