Location: Remote (Work From Home) Salary: ₹8,000 + Incentives Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: Mongoose Minds Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hiring processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs. Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients. Offer Negotiation & Closure: Facilitate offer rollouts and negotiate salaries based on market trends. Achieve Hiring Targets: Meet monthly recruitment goals and earn performance-based incentives. Requirements: Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment Must have a laptop and mobile connection Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to multitask and work independently Experience in permanent and contractual staffing .
