Recruiter

We are looking for a highly-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team.

This role involves identifying potential executive level candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to our clients.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in executive search, knowledgeable about various industries, and has a keen eye for identifying leadership qualities.

Ultimately, the role of the Executive Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and maintains the best executive talent for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of potential candidates
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and provide detailed information about their skills and experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential candidates
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and trends
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with employment laws and practices
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities
• Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with clients and candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Executive Recruiter or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Knowledge of various industries and their specific executive roles
• Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
