Job Description: 1.Create Pipeline of candidates for future openings and keep them updated on potential opportunities. 2.Responsible for end to end recruitment, Developed recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates. 3.Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements. Source candidates through various channels including pipelines, referrals, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, 6sense, and internal databases, and build a strong candidate pipeline. 4.Requirement gathering from client and stakeholders , create Job description for clients and provide support on market intelligence. 5.Conduct phone interviews, and virtual interviews and have candidate-centric conversations to understand candidate interests, skills, and goals. St up virtual meetings with the candidate to build good relations and talk more about company culture, work environment, and other benefits. 7.Scheduling interview with the panel (Telephonic/Video/in person discussions) 8.Follow up with candidates throughout the process and keep them updated on feedback received from client. 9.Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting into the organization. 10.Do robust follow on candidates till the entire recruitment cycle is complete(sourcing of candidates to offer to onboarding).
