About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for State Government clients, including (but not limited to) Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Connecticut, and other states.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for IT, administrative, and professional services roles under State and local government contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for State and Local Government client requisitions.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen, qualify, and submit candidates in compliance with client and MSP requirements.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of candidates.
• Stay updated with State vendor portals, procurement systems, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for State Government clients across multiple states (e.g., FL, GA, IN, CT).
• Proven experience working with vendor management systems (VMS) and MSP programs.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
• Excellent communication, time management, and candidate relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
