Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking tools to identify and engage potential candidates for various healthcare positions. Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview outcomes. Prepare and present recruitment reports to management. Client Collaboration: Work closely with US-based hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Required Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience: 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service. Freshers with a keen interest in healthcare recruitment are encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic internet research. Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours. Preferred Skills Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry trends. Recruitment Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus. Sales Aptitude: Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with candidates.
