Role Overview

Front-End Recruiter

Location :: Mumbai & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

1. Front-End Engagement

  • Serve as the

    first point of contact

    for all hiring needs of assigned business units.
  • Own the hiring pipeline

    and ensure every requirement is closed within the agreed SLA
  • Should have demonstrated experience working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed

    intake meetings

    with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill gaps, and timelines.
  • Consult with business leaders on talent availability, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular updates, dashboards, and review meetings.
  • Influence and guide hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interview processes, and decision-making.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: Screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Ensure timely candidate communication and support the interview process end-to-end.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal protocols.

3. Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence

  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles.
  • Gather and share insights on competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Recommend improvements to hiring processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience.

4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Represent the employer brand effectively during candidate interactions.
  • Partner with HR and business teams to support recruitment events and branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 4–12 years

    of experience in recruitment with strong business-facing exposure.
  • Proven experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.
  • Experience working with ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
