Candidate Expectations:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring for creative design, content, and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse sourcing mix, including:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and a large network of relevant industry connections Headhunting for niche and senior-level creative/digital roles Social media hiring via platforms like Instagram, Twitter/X, and portfolio sites Market mapping and talent intelligence for proactive pipeline building and competitor benchmarking Experience evaluating creative portfolios and identifying talent beyond traditional resumes.
  • Comfortable handling multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engage passive candidates.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience and building a talent pipeline aligned with company culture and goals.
