About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging platform pitches to recruiters, clearly articulating our value proposition.
Deliver live product demos and onboarding walkthroughs tailored to recruiter needs.
Assist recruiters in posting job listings and effectively navigating the platforms features.
Act as a trusted point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve the recruiter onboarding journey.
Ensure timely follow-ups to drive platform adoption and usage.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, client support, or account management (preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable with demoing tech platforms and explaining features clearly.
Proficient in tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Preferred:

Experience working with recruiters or in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Familiarity with job posting platforms or ATS tools.
