About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging platform pitches to recruiters, clearly articulating our value proposition.
  • Deliver live product demos and onboarding walkthroughs tailored to recruiter needs.
  • Assist recruiters in posting job listings and effectively navigating the platforms features.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing queries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and improve the recruiter onboarding journey.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to drive platform adoption and usage.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, client support, or account management (preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with demoing tech platforms and explaining features clearly.
  • Proficient in tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with recruiters or in the recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms or ATS tools.
