Job Description

As a Recruiter at LTIMindtree located in Chennai, your role will involve designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, screening incoming resumes and application forms, conducting candidate interviews through phone, video, and in-person, advertising job openings on the company's careers page and social media, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, sending job offer emails and addressing queries about compensation and benefits, monitoring key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, participating in recruitment events, collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs, acting as a consultant to new hires, and assisting with onboarding. It is essential that you have experience in BPO hiring.
