Job Description

Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment updates. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs. Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
