Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern (Night Shift)
Location: Remote / Work from Home

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our team for the night shift. This internship is ideal for B.Tech or MBA students who are eager to build a career in HR and recruitment. You will support our team in sourcing candidates, maintaining data sheets, and assisting with resume formatting.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the recruitment team to manage candidate databases.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with candidate information.
• Reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn to gather details and check their interest in projects.
• Assist in creating professionally formatted resumes for candidates.
• Support the team in daily operational tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements:

• Must be a B.Tech or MBA student actively seeking internship opportunities.
• Comfortable working night shifts (5 hours/day).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communication etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
