Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information. Learn and implement recruitment strategies and techniques. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements. Develop relationships with candidates and provide regular follow-ups. Support the recruitment team in day-to-day activities. Preferred candidate profile MBA in HR or a related field (Freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
